IF YOU HAVE HAD *PREVIOUS WORK DONE* ON YOUR BROWS / EXISTING BROW TATTOO, YOU MUST TEXT A PHOTO OF YOUR BARE BROWS TO (808) 824-1312 BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT SO WE CAN DETERMINE IF WE ARE ABLE TO WORK ON YOUR BROWS.

MUST KNOW: For Permanent Makeup service, we use two forms of Anesthetics: a topical numbing cream before the procedure and a numbing gel during the procedure to ensure discomfort and pain is minimal to none!

HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDELINES

  • All clients must wait inside their vehicle until your Artist contacts you to enter the shop. (Do not park in front of Kunia Chinese Restaurant)

  • Please notify us immediately if you’ve ever tested positive for COVID-19. 

  • If you are sick, or have any flu like symptoms such as fever, loss of taste or smell, coughing, runny nose, sore throat, difficulty breathing, please reschedule or YOU WILL BE SENT HOME.

  • Please DO NOT bring anyone to your appointment. Only clients with appointments will be able to enter. No children and no pets. 

  • Face masks are optional. 

  • We are not accepting walk-ins. All services including consults will be by appointment only. 

  • The shop can get chilly, please bring a jacket. 

  • If you were in contact with anyone who was tested positive for COVID-19, please RESCHEDULE to your appointment. 

    Failure to follow these guidelines, or falsifying health information will result in the cancellation of your appointment.
